Solutions Architect

- Enjoy a flexible hybrid working model – 2 days a week in our Newcastle city centre office, with monthly leadership meetings in Newcastle, Sheffield, or London (travel expenses covered).
- Flexible salary up to £75,000, depending on experience.
- Design and maintain robust, scalable technical architectures aligned with our strategic goals.
- Lead on solution design across a variety of platforms and services, ensuring alignment with our technology roadmap.
- Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to understand needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Support the rollout of new technologies and ensure smooth integration with existing systems.
- Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate)
- Azure cloud services
- Proven experience in solution architecture, ideally within complex or legacy environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, data models, and DevOps methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. TOGAF, ITIL) are a plus.
