Talent Acquisition Partner
About the Opportunity; My client is a well-established and fast growing organisation who are going through an exciting period of expansion. Due to this, I am looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team initially on an interim basis, to support the full recruitment cycle across central functions including HR, Finance, IT, and Legal.You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver a smooth and effective talent strategy during a key period of growth.Key Responsibilities Include;
- Partner with hiring managers and people teams to deliver recruitment aligned to our business and people plans
- Full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Use a variety of sourcing methods to build strong talent pipelines, particularly for business-critical roles
- Represent the organisation at assessment centres, open days, and job fairs – showcasing the busiess as an employer of choice
- Coach stakeholders on best-practice interviewing and candidate assessment techniques
- Maintain high standards of candidate data in our ATS and provide regular reporting and insights
- Champion a high-quality candidate experience and recruitment process across the business
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Business Partnering , ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth setting
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels
- Comfortable managing high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and process excellence
- ATS experience and a data-led approach to recruitment reporting would be advantageous
