With revenue's in excess of £25m they are looking to appoint a COO/Managing Director Designate to lead the day to day running of the business, managing P&L responsibility and translating the strategy into execution and scale a high-performing organisation.

The Role

• Run day to day business operations and drive efficiency at pace.
• Champion technology and data to unlock productivity gains.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams across commercial, marketing, and finance.
• Deliver robust governance, reporting, and margin improvement.
• Represent the business with credibility to external stakeholders.

The Person

• Proven longevity in a P&L Leadership role in a trading, Tech or service-led environment.
• Strong understanding of High volume Sale Cycles
• Strong financial acumen and tech-savvy
• Commercially sharp, decisive, and hands-on.
• Collaborative leader who builds motivated, accountable teams.
