Senior Project Manager
The Opportunity
Are you a confident and capable Senior Project Manager with a passion for delivering meaningful change?

You’ll help connect colleagues and customers in new and more efficient ways — enhancing services, adopting new technologies, and improving business processes at scale.
As a key member of the central project delivery team, you’ll manage multiple complex projects, engage with stakeholders at all levels, and play a vital role in shaping the future of services that matter to thousands of people.
What you'll be doing?
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects within a major transformation programme.
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and programme priorities.
- Establish effective governance structures to support decision-making and maintain clear accountability.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes that meet business needs.
- Foster strong relationships across the organisation to support collaboration and ensure project success.
- Maintain clear, timely communication with all stakeholders, from team members to senior leadership.
- Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and contributing to evolving project standards.
What you need
- Proven experience delivering cross-functional projects across IT, operations, or business change environments.
- Skilled in project governance, stakeholder management, and balancing competing priorities.
- Proficient in using project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — confident working with both delivery teams and senior leaders.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically — keeping delivery on track while aligned with long-term goals.
- Passion for contributing to purpose-driven, community-focused work.
