Location: Glasgow, 2/3 days a week in the office
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000

As a Graduate Analyst, you will assist in delivering innovative solutions alongside experienced consultants. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals, offering a structured pathway to progress into a Junior Consultant role within approximately one year. It’s a particularly strong opportunity for someone looking to break into consulting—perhaps you’ve recently completed a degree in Business Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and are now aiming to apply your technical skills in a client-facing, solution-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Support customization and configuration of applications to meet business needs.
- Participate in solution testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with team members to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyse processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Assist in developing and executing test plans to ensure quality solutions.
- Support deployment activities for smooth implementation.
- Help create user documentation and training materials.
- Contribute to product demonstrations and presentations.
- Assist in showcasing Power Platform capabilities to potential clients.
- Work with the pre-sales team to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret and analyse business processes and data.
- Problem-Solving: Strong aptitude for identifying and resolving issues effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
Desirable Skills:
- Technical Exposure: Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) or Dynamics 365 is beneficial but not required.
- Interest in AI: Enthusiasm for AI technologies and their business applications.
- Team Collaboration: Experience working within a team environment.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adjust to evolving project needs.
