We're looking for an experienced EUC Team Leader to lead, develop, and inspire our End User Compute team. This is a key leadership role within IT Operations, responsible for delivering high-quality, customer-focused EUC services while helping shape the future of workplace technology across the organisation.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a team of EUC engineers/technicians, fostering a high-performing, customer-focused cultureOversee day-to-day delivery of End User Computing services, ensuring reliability and a great colleague experienceSupport the wider IT Operations function in driving operational efficiency and cyber resilienceHelp shape the future direction of workplace technology across the businessSkills & ExperienceProven experience in an EUC or IT Operations environment, with prior team leadership or mentoring experience (management title not required)Hands-on experience with Google WorkspaceStrong communication skills with a customer-focused approachComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving technology environmentWhat We're OfferingBased at a modern office in the East End of GlasgowOn-site coffee house and food providedHybrid working (4 days office / 1 day WFH)Competitive package, dependent on experience
