Senior Full Stack Developer | £70,000 – £80,000 | West Drayton (4 days onsite)

We’re hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a collaborative, technically diverse team building cutting-edge ground software used by leading commercial airlines and military organisations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact systems that enhance aviation safety and operational efficiency.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of feature development while contributing to architecture, system integration, and overall product quality. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, helping to shape scalable, high-performance solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and developing scalable full stack applications
• Building robust backend APIs and tools
• Contributing to system architecture and technical decisions
• Collaborating in Agile teams and mentoring junior engineers
• Driving quality through testing, reviews, and best practices

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ software development experience
• Strong skills in Python, C#/.NET, TypeScript/Angular, and SQL (MySQL)
• Experience with REST APIs and AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS)
• Solid problem-solving and debugging skills

Bonus points for:

• Aviation/aerospace experience
• Docker, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum exposure
• Interest in AI or modern development workflows
