We're on the hunt for a Shopify Developer who’s ready to take the lead on the technical side of high-performing eCommerce sites. This isn’t just a coding role — you’ll be the Shopify expert, collaborating with teams across design, marketing, and product to deliver seamless, fast, and engaging user experiences that convert.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the technical management of Shopify eCommerce stores
• Build, extend, and maintain custom Shopify themes and apps
• Integrate and optimise third-party tools (e.g. Recharge) using APIs and webhooks
• Analyse user behaviour using GA4, Hotjar, and A/B testing tools — and turn insights into real UX improvements
• Translate business goals into scalable technical solutions
• Audit and continuously improve the current Shopify setup
• Contribute ideas to product planning and innovation
• Use tools like Jira and Confluence for task tracking and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience developing on Shopify
• Strong knowledge of Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Deep understanding of Shopify theme structure and the app ecosystem
• Experience with analytics platforms (GA4, Hotjar, etc.) to guide UX and conversion decisions
• Hands-on experience running A/B and multivariate tests
• Able to document business requirements and evaluate technical feasibility
• Proficient in version control (Git) and applying it to Shopify theme development

Nice to have:

• Experience with Python (our internal scripting go-to)
• Familiarity with PHP, especially for WordPress integration work
• Past experience working with cross-functional teams (designers, marketers, product managers)
