Microsoft Dynamics CE Principal Consultant / Architect

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Principal Consultant / Architect to lead the design, implementation, and adoption of large and complex Dynamics 365 CE solutions. This role exists to ensure our clients receive scalable, future-ready solutions that meet both current and long-term business needs. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients while leading delivery teams and shaping the growth of our Microsoft practice.

• Maintains high client satisfaction through strong stakeholder engagement
• Leads projects that are delivered on time and within budget
• Mentors and develops consultants within the CE practice
• Contributes to practice growth through presales and solution development

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design, implementation, deployment, and adoption of Dynamics 365 CE solutions
• Run and document client workshops, requirements sessions, and solution design meetings
• Own functional requirements gathering and gap/fit analysis
• Ensure delivery follows NoBlue2 project methodology and Microsoft best practices
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and scope control
• Contribute to presales activities including demos and proof of concept solutions
• Interface with delivery teams to ensure Power Platform solutions meet client needs
• Produce high-quality solution and project documentation
• Deliver end-user and consultant training where required
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management for junior team members
• Support practice development and industry-specific solution initiatives
• Represent NoBlue2 professionally in all client engagements

About You

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale Dynamics 365 CE implementations
• Deep understanding of the Microsoft stack including Power Platform, Azure, and Dataverse
• Strong consultancy background with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders
• Proven leadership and mentoring capability
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
• Confident, client-centric, and calm under pressure
