Microsoft Dynamics Senior Finance & Supply Chain Functional Consultant

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Functional Consultant to deliver large and complex Dynamics 365 F&SCM solutions for our clients. This role plays a critical part in translating complex business requirements into high-quality, scalable solutions, while acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and supporting the growth of our Microsoft practice.

• Successfully delivers enterprise Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations
• Builds strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders
• Ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to scope
• Contributes to presales success through high-quality demos and solution design
• Supports and mentors junior consultants within the practice

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain solutions aligned to client needs
• Lead and document client workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design sessions
• Own functional requirements and perform detailed gap/fit analysis
• Apply Microsoft best practices and NoBlue2 delivery methodology across all engagements
• Identify, manage, and communicate project risks and dependencies
• Support presales activities including demonstrations and proof of concept work
• Collaborate closely with solution architects and technical teams
• Produce clear, sustainable solution and project documentation
• Support testing, cutover, go-live, and early life support activities
• Deliver training to end users and internal colleagues
• Mentor and coach junior consultants and support performance management
• Represent NoBlue2 professionally in all client interactions

About You

• Extensive experience delivering Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain solutions
• Strong functional knowledge across finance and supply chain modules
• Proven consultancy background with enterprise-scale implementations
• Confident working with senior stakeholders, including C-suite
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions
• Client-focused, adaptable, and calm under pressure
