We are looking for an exceptional Marketing Lead to own and build the entire marketing strategy from the ground up. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, takes full accountability, and knows how to turn strategy into measurable global growth
The Role
As Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for defining, building, and executing noah’s global marketing strategy end-to-end. You will own demand generation, brand, product marketing, content, communications, partnerships, and growth initiatives across multiple markets
You will work directly with founders and senior leadership to help shape the company’s commercial trajectory and drive noah’s success on a global scale
This role requires a highly autonomous operator, someone who sees opportunities, moves quickly, solves problems independently, and takes full ownership of outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
Own the Entire Marketing Function
- Build and lead noah’s marketing strategy across brand, growth, product marketing lifecycle, PR and communications
- Develop noah’s positioning as a category leader in stablecoin payments and fintech infrastructure
- Create and manage the marketing roadmap aligned with company growth goals
- Build internal systems, processes, reporting and future team structure
Product Marketing
- Own product marketing end-to-end, translating noah’s stablecoin payments infrastructure into clear, compelling customer value propositions.
- Partner closely with product, sales and leadership teams to define positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy across markets and customer segments.
- Lead launches for new products and features, ensuring strong market adoption and commercial impact.
- Conduct market research, customer insight gathering and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and sharpen competitive differentiation
- Develop pricing narratives, use cases and messaging frameworks that support revenue growth
- Create high-impact sales enablement materials including decks, case studies, battlecards and product collateral
- Turn complex technical products into simple, engaging stories that resonate with customers and partners globally
- Act as the bridge between product innovation and commercial success, ensuring market needs inform roadmap priorities
Drive Global Growth
- Launch and scale campaigns to acquire customers across priority international markets
- Identify new market opportunities and develop localised go-to-market strategies
- Drive pipeline growth, customer acquisition, retention and revenue impact
- Partner closely with sales, partnerships, product and operations teams to unlock growth
Build the Brand
- Shape noah’s voice, messaging and presence globally
- Lead thought leadership initiatives across payments, crypto, fintech and cross-border commerce
- Oversee content strategy including website, case studies, social media, newsletters, events and media relations
- Ensure consistent and high-performing brand execution across all channels
Data & Performance Ownership
- Own KPIs including CAC, conversion, pipeline contribution, engagement, share of voice and ROI.
- Build reporting dashboards and provide clear performance insights to leadership
- Continuously test, optimise and improve channel efficiency
Startup Leadership
- Operate with founder-level ownership and urgency
- Take full accountability for success or failure of the function
- Recruit and build a world-class marketing team over time
- Be a culture carrier who raises standards and pushes execution excellence
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in high-growth B2B fintech, payments, SaaS, crypto or infrastructure marketing
- Proven experience owning marketing in an early-stage or scaling startup
- Strong understanding of growth marketing, demand generation, product marketing and brand building
- Experience launching into international markets and driving global expansion
- Commercial mindset with clear evidence of revenue impact
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working from data
- Excellent communicator and storyteller
- Highly self-motivated, resourceful and hands-on
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and limited structure
- Extreme ownership mentality - you take responsibility, solve problems and deliver
Ideal Background
- Experience in stablecoins, blockchain, payments, FX, treasury or fintech infrastructure
- Built a marketing function from zero to scale
