Your Role as Senior Account Executive:
As the second Senior Account Executive for the UK region, you will take full ownership of building and scaling the UK market, primarily London. This is a highly entrepreneurial, full-cycle sales role with strong exposure to founders and senior stakeholders.
You will operate in a founder-led sales environment, combining strategic market development with hands-on deal execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing (enterprise law firms & financial institutions)
- Build and execute a UK go-to-market strategy, including partner and event-led initiatives
- Drive pipeline generation (target: 8 demos/week) through outbound, network, and inbound
- Collaborate closely with founders, legal experts, and product teams to shape deals and product direction
Who You Are:
Experience:
- Strong background in Enterprise Sales / SaaS Sales / Legal Tech / FinTech
- OR experience as a lawyer / legal professional / transactional professional with client-facing exposure
- Proven track record in closing complex deals (€50K–€300K+ ACV)
- Experience managing 6+ month sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to operate in early-stage / startup environments
Personality / Soft Skills:
- Highly driven, “hunter” mentality with strong ownership mindset
- Comfortable in high-velocity startup environments
- Entrepreneurial thinker who enjoys building from scratch
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders (e.g. partners, lawyers, executives)
Languages:
- English (C2 / fluent level)
Location:
- London (remote)
- Willingness to travel frequently for on-site client meetings
The Interview Process:
- 1st Interview (45 min): Culture & mindset fit with COO
- Assessment: Logic & personality test
- 2nd Interview: Deep dive into sales approach and GTM strategy with Hiring Manager
- Final Interview: Founder conversation + offer discussion (incl. compensation & equity)
