Location: Osterley
Noble Recruiting are recruiting for a Customer Support Executive to join a fast growing, innovative industry leader. You will act as a dedicated onsite representative to support the contract ensuring smooth operations
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact between the company and allocated contract
- Support with provisioning and system set ups (EPos, Self-serve kiosks, Kitchen Management Systems, Digitial Signs)
- Instal and configure EPos tills, Kiosks and payment solutions for events
- 1st line troubleshooting
- Escalate issues to the relevant teams
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery is being met
- Ad-hoc duties
Your experience:
- Strong experience in customer facing roles - technology, hospitality or software is perferable
- Ability to instal and decommission hardware and software systems
- Technical understanding of EPoS Systems is an advantage (training will be provided)
