IT Support Officer

Location: Rochford, Essex

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week)

Duration: 3-month initial contract

Pay Rate: £15.99 per hour

We are delighted to be supporting our client in recruiting an 'IT Support Officer' on a full-time, temporary basis!

The role:

Do you enjoy problem-solving, learning new skills, and working with the latest cloud technologies? Join our motivated and forward-thinking IT team!

As a Technical Officer, you'll support our Technical Analysts in delivering a high-quality IT Service Desk. You'll provide excellent customer service while using your technical knowledge to support users and keep systems running smoothly.

The role includes a mix of IT support tasks, as well as setting up and decommissioning hardware.

What we are looking for:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Technologies.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• ITIL knowledge (desirable but not essential)
