About You:
Nobody's Child is looking for it's first in-house Systems Manager to support the business through its next phase of systems growth. As a Systems Manager , you will play a key role in shaping Nobody's Child's infrastructure for years to come. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimising operational systems - including, ERP, iPaaS, Shopify, 3PL Integrations - as well as managing the end-to-end testing of all newly developed features and processes within these systems. This includes managing our agencies who currently support the business remotely, ensuring high system availability, reliability, and performance across all departments.
Day to day, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintain the organisation’s IT systems, most recently implemented PLM (Resourced), Netsuite (ERP), HighCohesion (iPaaS), 3PL, and Shopify (commerce)
- Overseeing system upgrades, patches, and deployments to ensure stability and security.
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Managing all relationships with agencies and related outputs
- Developing and enforcing IT policies, procedures, and best practices for security and compliance
- Managing system access, permissions, and data backup/recovery processes.
- Working with vendors and service providers to procure, implement, and support technology solutions
- Planning and managing IT budgets, including hardware/software procurement and licensing.
- Supporting business continuity and disaster recovery planning
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align IT systems with business goals and digital transformation initiatives
- Actively contribute to our company’s commitment to environmental and social responsibility by integrating sustainable practices into everyday work. This includes minimising waste, promoting responsible sourcing, supporting our circular economy initiatives, and encouraging customers and colleagues to make choices that align with our sustainability values. To hit the ground running, you'll come with:
- 3+ years in a similar Systems role working for a high growth brand
- Strong technical expertise in system administration (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, monitoring tools, and compliance frameworks (ISO27001, GDPR, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
