About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-assured individual with strong communication skills, adept at collaborating within a team and comfortable engaging with individuals at all organisational levels.

The responsibilities include investigating and resolving incidents with NAV/ D365 BC, maintaining accurate incident records, escalating when necessary, conducting customer handovers, documenting processes for key users, and facilitating knowledge transfer. Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with project teams during the hypercare period, aiding in the transition of new customers into our onboarding support team.

What will you bring?

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and confident person who is a good communicator, works well in a team, and is comfortable talking to people at all levels in the company. They should be curious and show a willingness to learn and question and able lead customers towards solutions. The person needs to be methodical, have attention to detail and a healthy work ethic.

The ideal candidate for this role will be an approachable and pro-active problem solver with a firm understanding of Microsoft Dynamics and related products. The ideal experience and knowledge required:

  • Excellent customer service skills & confident relationship creator.
  • 5 years 'Dynamics NAV/Business Central' experience & familiarity with common third-party products.
  • An enthusiasm and a passion for Microsoft Dynamics, MB-800 Certification preferable.
  • Initiative and proactive approach with experience working from and with a support desk.
  • The ability to work on your own and an approachable team player.
  • Natural 'can do' attitude & analytical approach to issues with new customers that may not be documented.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
