We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Data Administrator to join our Global HRIS Project Team and play a key role in delivering our SuccessFactors transformation. Joining us at a pivotal time of improvement and change, you will provide essential support across data governance, data migration, and ongoing data maintenance activities. This is a fantastic chance to make a real impact, strengthen our HR data foundations, and contribute to a major global transformation programme.

About the role:

  • Data Quality Improvements: Responsible for the accuracy and input of new data entry into our HCM system, this can include data collection, data manipulation into required formats, data cleansing, and quality checks prior to data entry for example. Experience in process automation using varies data tools including Excel macro and Power Query would be an advantage.
  • Data Maintenance: Support the administration of ongoing data management within our HCM system project to ensure up to date, accurate and compliant data is held and maintained. This can also include data cleanse activities as part of ongoing improvement work.
  • Error reporting and identification: Taking ownership and accountability for error checking within your day-to-day activities, this role will be critical in supporting the ‘no faults forward’ quality ethos within the team. Support any error reporting and resolution activities required within our HCM system.
  • Data Protection & GDPR: Manage and process data in line with data protection and GDPR requirements, in line with the relevant jurisdictions around our business. Support data governance processes where required.

About you:

We are looking for someone who is motivated by being part of a team working through a high level of improvement change whilst committing to improving and maintaining data changes and accuracy, including support for broader HR Team. Highly confidential by nature, diligent, accurate and with an eye for the detail, this individual will be able to manage a volume of data whilst identifying areas of potential gaps.   • HR Data Administration and Governance
  • SAP Success Factors administration experience
  • Experience in a confidential data processing role
  • Advanced excel experience.
  • SAP Success Factors insights and reporting experience (Desirable)
