We’re looking for a Business Analyst – Logistics to play a key role in shaping our logistics systems and processes across Europe.

About the Role:

You’ll work across a portfolio of projects and changes, ensuring business requirements are delivered with measurable benefits. This role focuses on logistics and warehouse management, supporting S4 Hana, SAP ECC, and 3PL integration initiatives. Acting as a key interface between business teams and IT providers, you’ll help design processes, manage system changes, and deliver solutions that drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the collection and documentation of business requirements for logistics projects.
• Manage system-related initiatives in Middle Office, including S4 Hana and SAP ECC.
• Collaborate with global logistics SMEs and IT teams to implement solutions.
• Support testing, training, and user acceptance for new systems and processes.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to strategic reviews.

About You:

• 5+ years’ experience in Business Analysis within ERP systems (S4 Hana, ECC) and 3PL integration.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.
• Experience managing third-party providers and IT service delivery.
• Knowledge of logistics, warehouse management, and supply chain processes.
• Comfortable working in a pan-European environment.
