About the role:

This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle of multiple medium to large sized projects across Nomad Foods, and the associated implementation of the business change and technology, leading functional and technical workstreams.

The successful candidate will own the overall responsibility for project delivery that is on-Schedule, within Budget and delivers its intended outcome. Effectively estimate and manage costs, timescales and resource requirements. Proactively escalate Risks & Issues to the Project Sponsors and Business Partners and facilitate dialog that addresses complicated project level issues.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Manage the full project lifecycle and the associated implementation of the business change and technology, leading functional and technical workstreams.
• Stakeholder Management that communicates short-term plans, priorities, and project status to key stakeholders, steering committee, executive sponsor, and project teams
• Provides leadership to matrix project teams (Business Leads, Functional SME’s, BA’s, Infrastructure Analysts, Solution Designers, Service Delivery, Outsource partners etc)
• Ensure that all activities comply with relevant Operating model procedures, including Service Management, Project Lifecycle Methodology (PLM), Sarbannes Oxley controls.
• Manages the cutover for major changes, gaining agreement for revisions to the production environment from business system owners and relevant support teams
• Contribute to ongoing development of the Project Methodology toolkit, working with the PMO to drive adoption and consistency
• Manage project budgets (capex and opex) and maintain accurate forecasting, complying with financial processes and controls.
• Lead, develop, coach and engage project team members

About you - To be considered for the role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

• A track record for successfully delivering multiple technology projects preferably within FMCG or comparable industry
• Experienced in leading business change and enterprise technology application projects in a multi-national organisation
• Effective and pro-active communication and stakeholder management
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional and matrix teams
• Clear project reporting and tracking via metrics, scorecards & dashboards
• Broad awareness of IT processes, operations, controls & risk management
• Possess highly developed interpersonal skills coupled with the drive and energy to play a central role in the development of this fast paced and evolving business
• Experience of working with SAP Success factors and delivering HR Tech Projects would also be desirable!
