We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager in Cyber Security with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) to lead impactful projects and drive strategic growth within a dynamic consulting environment. This is your opportunity to partner directly with C-level clients, manage critical IAM/PAM programmes, and grow a market-leading cybersecurity practice in Switzerland.

You'll lead with influence and insight, guiding high-stakes IAM/PAM transformations from concept to execution using industry-leading technologies such as SailPoint, Omada, and CyberArk. With full ownership of client engagements, you'll build trusted relationships, lead strategic pitches, and help shape the future of digital identity governance across diverse industries.

Client Leadership & Business Development

Engage directly with CIOs, CISOs, and senior stakeholders to understand and address their unique identity and security needs.

Develop tailored IAM/PAM solutions and lead successful business development initiatives, including proposals, RFPs, and strategic pitches.
Play a vital role in expanding the firm's IAM/PAM market footprint through thought leadership and client innovation.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IAM and PAM projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget alignment.

Architect and oversee the implementation of technologies such as SailPoint, CyberArk, and Omada, guiding multidisciplinary teams to successful outcomes.

Mentor and empower junior colleagues, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Contribute to the wider Cyber Security strategy and collaborate on international initiatives within the firm.

5+ years' experience in Cyber Security with deep knowledge of IAM and PAM technologies and frameworks.

Proven ability to lead client-facing projects, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and deliver impactful solutions.

Strong business development mindset with a track record of growing accounts and leading sales efforts.

Fluency in English (required); German or French is highly desirable.

Familiarity with regulatory standards such as GDPR, NIST, and ISO frameworks.

A professional network within the Swiss IT/Cybersecurity community is a distinct advantage.
