Quest/Campaign Manager

Nordic Node is a Web3-focused growth and infrastructure company specializing in community expansion, user acquisition, and campaign execution for blockchain projects. We work with leading protocols, ecosystems, and startups to design and scale high-impact campaigns that drive real user engagement and on-chain activity.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Quest/Campaign Manager to design, launch, and manage Web3 campaigns across various platforms. This is a fully remote position based in Poland, offering the opportunity to work closely with top-tier Web3 projects and directly impact ecosystem growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute Web3 campaigns (quests, airdrops, incentive programs) to drive user acquisition and engagement.
• Manage campaigns across platforms such as Galxe, Zealy, Layer3, and similar ecosystems.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define campaign goals, structure, and success metrics.
• Monitor campaign performance, user behavior, and on-chain activity to optimize results.
• Coordinate with marketing, community, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
• Identify trends and best practices in Web3 growth campaigns and apply them to new initiatives.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and reporting for multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Web3 growth, campaign management, or community-driven marketing.
• Strong understanding of crypto ecosystems, user behavior, and incentive mechanics.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Galxe, Zealy, Layer3, or similar.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize campaign performance.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• High level of ownership, creativity, and execution focus.

What We Offer

• Competitive annual salary: £60,000–£90,000, plus performance-based bonuses tied to campaign success.
