CRM Systems Manager
We’re seeking a CRM Manager to join a leading European consultancy that’s tackling some of the biggest challenges in business, government, and society.
As CRM Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the organisation’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to enhance client service, support business development, and drive strategic insights.
You’ll champion CRM adoption across the business, ensure high standards of data integrity, and work closely with marketing and business development teams to power campaigns and decision-making with meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Strategy & Maintenance
- Lead the CRM strategy and ensure wide adoption across the firm.
- Maintain and improve the CRM platform (Workbooks), ensuring performance, usability, and data quality.
- Marketing & BD Support
- Support marketing teams in planning and executing targeted CRM campaigns (e.g. newsletters, events).
- Provide meaningful client insights to business development teams and senior leadership.
- Training & Change Management
- Encourage CRM use through training, guidance, and internal advocacy.
- Work with L&D to update training materials and onboard new users effectively.
- Reporting & Insight
- Deliver regular reporting on client interactions, marketing ROI, and business development activity.
- Translate data into actionable insights to support strategic planning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with IT, Compliance, and other internal teams to align CRM with broader business objectives.
- Ensure high-quality data capture through collaboration with senior stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven CRM experience in a professional services setting.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Workbooks preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to influence and train stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with GDPR and data compliance standards.
