InterAction Database Specialist (Perm or FTC, full time or PT considered) - REMOTE CONSIDERED

Are you ready to make your mark by introducing a brand-new CRM to a firm for the very first time? Our client, a US law firm, is rolling out InterAction across the business, and are looking for a proactive Data Specialist to take the lead in shaping how it’s set up, managed, and maintained. This is a true greenfield opportunity where you can build best practices from the ground up and play a key role in embedding a data-driven culture.

The Role

As the InterAction Data Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for all things CRM systems based. You’ll keep data accurate, consistent, and compliant with firm standards, while supporting users and helping to make sure InterAction becomes an invaluable tool for the business. You’ll also have the chance to work on special projects, refine processes, and develop documentation that shapes how we manage data firmwide.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Checking and cleaning new data entries to meet firm standards.

• Spotting and resolving duplicate or incorrect records.

• Researching updates to companies, addresses, and contact details.

• Maintaining mailing lists and producing reports for targeted campaigns.

• Keeping documentation and best practices up to date.

• Providing user support and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with InterAction and strong data management skills.

• Confident using Excel, SQL, and Word for data analysis and manipulation.

• A sharp eye for detail and excellent proofreading and research skills.

• A proactive, organised, and analytical mindset.

• A team player who takes pride in accuracy and process.

• Willingness to put in extra time if required to meet deadlines.

Your Background

• A degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent experience.

• At least two years of experience working with CRM systems (InterAction experience ideal).

• Previous experience in a professional services or law firm environment is a plus.
