Job summary

Act as the main point of contact for employees and managers using the ESR system, ensuring accounts and positions are accurately set up and functioning effectively. Work closely with corporate teams to support and maintain the smooth operation of the system

Main duties of the job

Managing 3 inboxes and teams channels, keeping data quality high and answering all queries within given KPI thresholds

  • Good knowledge of ESR functionality and operational use
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages

  • Advanced IT skills including ability to maintain and administer IT system
  • Proven customer service skills
