EPR Change Agent

Job summary

In less than 10 months, we will go live with our new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system; a transformational change that will improve how we deliver care, communicate across teams, and support our patients and staff every day.

To help make this happen, we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and approachable individuals to join our growing EPR Change Team as Change Agents.

About the Programme

The Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group is implementing a shared Electronic Patient Record across three acute trusts:

James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (JPUH)

Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (NNUH)

The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust (QEH)

This major investment will create a more connected, digital and patient-centred healthcare system, improving safety, quality, efficiency and the experience of both patients and staff.

Successful digital transformation isn't just about technology. It's about people.

As a Change Agent, you'll help colleagues understand what's changing, why it matters, and how it will improve the care we provide. Your support, enthusiasm and engagement will play a vital role in helping our organisation achieve a successful EPR implementation.

If you're passionate about supporting others, improving services and being part of an exciting journey of transformation, we'd love to hear from you.
