Job summary
We have embarked on a programme to implement a single Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system as part of the NHS digital health ongoing initiative across the Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group (NWUHG).
The Group is made up of three acute hospitals in Norfolk and Waveney;
James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (JPUH)
Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (NNUH)
The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust (QEH)

Main duties of the job
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) professional to join the EPR Training Team and play a central role in the implementation of the new Totara LMS across the Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group (NWUHG).
This is a pivotal role in a high-profile digital transformation programme, where you'll support the delivery of EPR training to approximately 18,000 substantive staff and an additional 4,000 bank and agency workers across three acute NHS Trusts. You'll lead on the system configuration, data management, audience setup and reporting needed to support a successful rollout. You'll also manage a small team of LMS Administrators and act as the key liaison with our system supplier during a 14-week implementation window starting in August.

Person Specification
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
- Experience of system training or digital learning tools
Experience
- Experience of administering and maintaining a Learning Management System (LMS), preferably Totara or similar, used by a wide user base
- Experience working within a training or education team
- Experience of supervising or line managing staff, including task delegation and performance support
Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide clear direction, support and day-to-day oversight to a small team
Attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
