About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead and develop a team delivering Data Centre Infrastructure and Physical Security projects across the UK and Europe. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the successful execution of multiple complex projects for leading enterprise clients, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and client satisfaction.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader with a passion for delivering large-scale infrastructure projects and driving operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a specialist team of project managers, engineers, and security professionals across multiple countries.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of Data Centre Infrastructure (fitouts, upgrades, cabling, power, cooling) and Physical Security projects (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection).
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and compliance standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary operational contact.
- Take ownership of the operational P&L for the combined project portfolio, driving financial performance and margin improvement.
- Implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, CPNI, GDPR) and health & safety regulations.
- Manage risks and resolve project escalations, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum client satisfaction.
- Report regularly to senior leadership on project performance, financials, risks, and opportunities.
