Role: Senior Account Executive (UK&I)

Location: London / UK (Remote)

Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 Base + £180,000 - £240,000 OTE + Equity

A venture-backed AI company is seeking a Senior Account Executive to help establish and scale its UK & Ireland commercial presence.

This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage business that is transforming how large retailers, consumer brands, and enterprise organisations use AI to drive operational performance and decision-making. Working directly alongside the founders, you will play a key role in defining go-to-market strategy, building pipeline from scratch, and winning strategic enterprise customers

The Opportunity

As one of the first commercial hires in the region, you will have significant ownership and influence over how the business grows. Responsibility

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Build and develop a UK&I territory from the ground up
  • Generate pipeline through targeted outbound activity and account-based selling
  • Engage senior stakeholders across large enterprise organisations
  • Lead complex multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Work closely with founders to shape messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
  • Collaborate with product and customer teams to provide market feedback and customer insight
  • Help establish repeatable sales processes as the business sca

Requirements

  • 7-12 years of experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions
  • Experience working within a Seed, Series A, or high-growth startup environment
  • Demonstrated success building pipeline and winning new business independently
  • Track record of selling six-figure software deals into large enterprise organisations
  • Experience navigating complex buying committees and executive stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen and consultative sales approach
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with limited structure
  • Experience using MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies is highly desir
