Dayforce Analyst (Core HR & Talent)

📍 Hybrid | 📝 Permanent | 💰 £35,000-£40,000 - Yorkshire UK OR Dublin OR Madrid

We're looking for an experienced Dayforce Analyst to support and optimise the Core HR and Talent modules for a growing international organisation.

Proficiency in English and anyone of the following languages is a must for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve Dayforce support tickets
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide solutions
• Support BAU activities across Core HR and Talent
• Maintain employee data accuracy and system integrity
• Assist with configuration changes and system enhancements
• Support onboarding and performance management processes

About You

✅ Experience with Ceridian Dayforce (Core HR & Talent)

✅ Background in HR systems support and ticket management

✅ Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

✅ Good understanding of HR processes and data management
