Client Partner - Transformation Consultancy

Manchester | Up to £130,000 + Uncapped Commission

We're working with a Consulting business that is looking to hire a senior Client Partner to drive growth across the North West. This isn't a role for someone who relies on inbound leads or spends their week sending prospecting emails.

They're looking for someone who is already active in the market. Someone who enjoys meeting clients, attending events, building relationships and creating opportunities through their network.

The business delivers fixed-price and outcome-based consulting engagements across technology and transformation. They're well-established, have a strong delivery capability and a good reputation. The challenge now is growing their presence across the region.

What you'll be doing

• Building relationships with senior stakeholders across the North West
• Growing existing accounts and opening new opportunities
• Attending networking events, industry forums and client functions
• Creating opportunities through your own network and market presence
• Working with consulting teams to shape propositions and solutions
• Leading commercial discussions and closing consulting engagements

What we're looking for

• Experience selling consulting, professional services or transformation solutions
• A track record of winning fixed-price, SOW or outcome-based engagements
• Strong relationships across the North West market
• Comfortable operating at C-suite and Director level
• Someone who enjoys being in front of customers rather than behind a desk

We're not looking for a transactional salesperson. We're looking for someone who understands how consulting is bought, knows how to build trust with senior stakeholders and has the credibility to hold their own in executive-level conversations.

Package

• Up to £130,000 basic salary
• Uncapped commission
• Realistic six-figure earning potential beyond base salary
• Manchester / North West focus
• Hybrid working
