ICT Voice Analyst

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an outstanding individual to join the Trust's ICT Voice Team in the role of ICT Voice Analyst. This team manages and supports all aspects of the Trust's Voice Infrastructure within North Tees & Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust.
You will assists with all aspects of the day to day administration and management of ICT systems, having a good breadth and depth of ICT knowledge gained through experience, as you will be required to work without supervision and will need to understand the complexity of the overall ICT environment within the Trust.
This role is a full time post working 37.5 hours per week.
The ideal candidate would have a good knowledge across a broad range of ICT Voice/Telecoms related systemsand applications including but not limited to: VoIP, DECT, MDM, Mobile telephony, emergency communications.
Main duties of the job
To maintain all systems in a state where the business processes of the trust can be guaranteed. Ensure that planned and unplanned interruptions to these services and systems are dealt with efficiently and satisfactorily.
To maintain the strategic operational support for the trust's communication systems.
To document administration tasks and develop these into successful strategies for the management of these systems.
To be a point of contact in ICT with regards to all ICT Communication Systems
To provide specialist advice across a range of ICT Communication systems, investigate a range of specialist and complex issues.
To manage or lead on ICT projects involving implementation and design associated with operational support.
To document administration procedures and policies for all IT systems across all trust sites.

Job responsibilities
Primary focus is to maintain, configure and build both hardware and software elements of the Trusts Communication Systems whether physical or virtual, ensuring unscheduled downtime is kept to a minimum.
This includes all of the Trusts multiple Communication systems including VoIP, DECT, Video Conferencing, Netcall Liberty Suite, Emergency cascading tools
Person Specification
QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING
- Educated to degree level in a suitable or appropriate professional qualification
- Substantial working experience in a related environment
- Cisco Certified
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Extensive working experience administrating a large multi domain organisation across multiple sites.
- Working knowledge of VoIP/iPT
- Working knowledge of MDM systems
- Working knowledge of DECT telephony
- Working knowledge of emergency cascade tools
- Cisco CUCM
- Netcall
- DECT
- Workspace ONE
- Vocera
EXPERIENCE
- Substantial years' experience & proven expert knowledge of various ICT Communication systems, software and applications in ICT systems.
SKILLS/APTITUDES
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to investigate and diagnose complex system problems
