Clinical Systems Technician

Job summary

The Clinical Systems Team prides itself on their ability to innovate, modernise and support services that provide patient care.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual who wants to join our Clinical Systems Digital Learning Team. As part of the team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and support to clients and users of clinical systems, predominantly SystmOne, EPMA and Smartcards. Experience of working in an NHS environment would be desirable but not essential.

Main duties of the job

The Clinical Systems Technician will be a skilled and experienced member of the Digital Technology Services department, with the ability to perform tasks unsupervised but with appropriate technical support. You will be expected to have an enthusiasm for maintaining high quality leadership behaviours and take responsibility for own learning and development in the role. You will have a proven track record of good IT skills and the ability to communicate with end users to provide excellent customer service. You will be a team player with a flexible attitude to your day-to-day work.
