The Role

As Software Engineering Team Lead, you will:

• Provide technical direction for the development of .NET microservices on AWS EKS and Angular-based frontends.
• Drive quality engineering practices, including code reviews, scalable architecture, and clean, maintainable code.
• Act as the bridge between engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure technical delivery aligns with business goals.
• Maintain operational excellence of the systems your team owns, resolving challenges constructively.
• Lead and mentor engineers, fostering an environment of trust, growth, and continuous improvement.
• Champion Agile/Scrum ceremonies and help the team continuously improve how they work and deliver

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship role.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, microservices, and AWS (EKS preferred).
• Frontend development experience with Angular.
• Proven ability to balance long-term technical vision with short-term delivery.
• Clear communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Passion for coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing teams.
