We’re partnering with a leading global professional services firm undergoing a major IT transformation to find an experienced IT Service Delivery & Vendor Manager to join their Technology Services team.

This is a pivotal role ensuring world-class delivery of IT services and vendor performance across the UK and global offices. You’ll act as the bridge between business stakeholders, service owners, and suppliers making sure IT services are stable, cost-effective, and continually improving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day IT service delivery across infrastructure, end-user computing, and applications
  • Lead vendor relationship management, driving performance, compliance, and commercial value
  • Manage major incidents and problem management, ensuring clear communication and fast resolution
  • Own service performance reporting and drive continual service improvement initiatives
  • Act as the primary IT business partner for service delivery into the organisation

You’ll bring:

  • 10+ years in IT Service Management, with strong ITIL and vendor management experience
  • Proven record managing outsourced partners / SIAM models
  • Strong commercial and contract management background
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills
  • A proactive, improvement-focused mindset
