Azure DevOps Engineer, London, up to £66,500, Hybrid
We're partnering with a globally recognised organisation to hire an Azure DevOps Engineer to join their engineering team in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in modernising and optimising software delivery pipelines, driving automation, and improving reliability across cloud environments.
You'll work closely with developers, infrastructure teams and stakeholders to build scalable CI/CD pipelines, improve release processes, and ensure secure and efficient deployment practices across multiple environments.
The Role
- Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines from source control through to production
- Implement automation using PowerShell, Python and YAML
- Collaborate with development teams to translate requirements into scalable DevOps solutions
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes to support containerised environments
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Bicep
- Support monitoring and performance optimisation using Prometheus, Grafana and Elastic Stack
- Champion continuous improvement, security best practices and process efficiency
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud and Azure Pipelines
- Proven background implementing CI/CD pipelines in enterprise environments
- Experience with Git, Windows and Linux environments
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code principles
- Strong Scripting capability in PowerShell or Python
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
