Copywriter (UX & Content Design)
Overview
We’re looking for a versatile Copywriter with strong UX writing and content design expertise to craft compelling brand narratives while shaping intuitive, user-centred digital experiences. This role blends creative storytelling with strategic thinking, ensuring content not only engages but also guides users effectively across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy across digital touchpoints (websites, apps, emails, campaigns)
- Develop UX copy that improves usability, accessibility, and overall user experience
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to integrate content seamlessly into user journeys
- Apply content design principles to structure information logically and effectively
- Contribute to and maintain tone of voice and content guidelines
- Translate complex ideas into simple, user-friendly language
- Support brand storytelling through campaigns, product messaging, and marketing content
- Use data, research, and user insights to inform content decisions and iterate on performance
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in copywriting, UX writing, or content design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both brand storytelling and UX-focused content
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Understanding of user-centred design principles and digital product workflows
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, product, marketing)
- Familiarity with content management systems and design tools (e.g. Figma)
- Ability to balance creativity with clarity and usability
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive writing best practices
