My client, a large energy client, is looking for an experienced Midweight Product Designer with an even split between UX / UI. This role will play a key part in shaping customer-centric journeys, designing intuitive flows, and improving digital experiences across lending products.

What You’ll Do

• Work on UX/ui design across end-to-end journeys for their new energy project
• Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs aligned to programme objectives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders across commercial banking.
• Run discovery activities, including user research, insight gathering, and usability testing.
• Translate complex financial/lending requirements into simple, elegant digital experiences.

Key Skills & Experience

• Mid weight Product Designer with UX and UI experience
• Prior experience in energy would be beneficial, but not mandatory
• End-to-end product design: research, UX, UI, prototyping, validation.
• Ability to work in agile, cross-functional squads.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and experience in regulated environments.
