SaaS Systems Administrator (Jira & Salesforce Platforms)
The Opportunity
Are you an expert at fine-tuning complex software ecosystems? Our client is seeking a seasoned SaaS Administrator to take a lead role in supporting and evolving their suite of enterprise product roadmaps.
In this role, you won’t just be maintaining software; you will be the driving force behind the tools that drive the business. You will manage the delivery of critical product enhancements, integrations, and upgrades for a diverse tech stack, ensuring that system reliability meets future-ready innovation.
The Tech Stack
You will be the primary technical point of contact for:
- Jira: Core administration and workflow optimization.
- Atamis: A Salesforce-based procurement solution.
- Adaptive Work: Project management and resource planning.
- CoreStream: Risk and Audit management.
Key Responsibilities
- System Evolution: Lead the configuration, integration, and upgrade cycles across the SaaS portfolio to ensure seamless performance.
- Business Translation: Partner with business stakeholders to gather complex requirements and translate them into robust, workable technical solutions.
- Documentation Excellence: Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including Service Designs and technical workflows.
- Continuous Improvement: Apply Agile and DevSecOps principles to streamline delivery and enhance system security.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical business leaders, managing expectations and delivering progress updates at all organizational levels.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should be a "power user" who understands the logic behind the interface. We are looking for:
- Deep Jira Expertise: Extensive experience with Jira Administration is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.
- Broad SaaS Administration: Proven experience managing enterprise-scale systems (ideally within the Salesforce ecosystem).
- Agile Mindset: A strong grasp of DevSecOps practices and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Analytical Approach: The ability to look at a business problem and visualize the technical configuration required to solve it.
- Communication Skills: You are equally comfortable talking "code" with developers and "ROI" with executive stakeholders.
