We're supporting a major UK enterprise organisation undergoing a significant transformation of its colleague-facing digital experience. They're looking for a senior UX Transformation Director to lead design-led change at scale and embed a truly user-centred culture across technology, product and business teams.
This is a strategic leadership role (no hands on design), focused on shaping vision, influencing senior stakeholders and building sustainable UX capability across a complex organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Champion user-first thinking across product, engineering and business functions
- Define and deliver a colleague experience and channel strategy, building on existing foundations
- Establish a UX Centre of Excellence, including governance, standards, tooling and ways of working
- Run workshops, forums and showcases that connect UX work to real user and business outcomes
- Embed user research throughout the full product lifecycle
- Influence MD level stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple value streams
- Enable teams through clear onboarding, workflows and repeatable delivery models
- Provide strategic input into future-facing UX, including AI-assisted colleague experiences

- Extensive senior UX leadership experience in large, complex organisations
- Proven track record of leading transformation and cultural change through design
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive influencing skills
- Ability to balance strategic vision with delivery rigour
- Experience working across enterprise platforms, internal products or colleague systems
