The Role
Norton Rose Fulbright is in the process of delivering an ongoing Digital Transformation programme to test, select and adopt AI across all business units and legal teams in a safe and responsible way. To deliver on this programme, the Business Transformation Team is recruiting for an AI Transformation Lead role.

The Business Transformation Team is a multi-disciplinary team covering project management, business analysis, change management & communications, data analysis & reporting and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support on the management, analysis and delivery of AI projects (including business case definition; project plans; requirements analysis; process improvement reviews and mapping; data modelling and analysis; solution assessment; implementation planning; UAT; training).
- Manages project control documentation (such as project plans; action logs; RAID logs).
- Support change management, AI adoption and communications by assisting in identifying change impacts and inputting into the appropriate sequencing and timing of change delivery as well as drafting relevant comms and training plans.
- Support stakeholder definition and mapping.
- Support planning and analysis by providing structural advice on ways of working, organisation design, processes and technology.
- Assist in supporting the definition and tracking of success metrics, ROI measurements and benefits realisation and reporting.
- Work with SMEs to understand their objectives, processes and desired business outcomes on projects.
- Identify pain points and tactical fixes, with guidance.
