- Lead structured discovery sessions and workflow assessments to uncover challenges, stakeholders, improvement opportunities, and measurable outcomes
- Translate complex legal processes into clear, relevant use cases and solution strategies aligned to client objectives and practice areas
- Design and deliver tailored, insight-led demonstrations and presentations for audiences of varying sizes
- Develop proof-of-concept initiatives to demonstrate value and build client confidence
- Act as a Voice of the Customer, sharing insights with product, engineering, marketing, and strategy teams based on market and client feedback
- Represent us at industry events and executive briefings where appropriate

- Confident delivering clear, engaging presentations to both legal and commercial audiences
- Strong understanding of legal workflows, with an interest in how technology and AI can enhance service delivery
- Commercially aware, with experience operating in target-driven environments that value collaboration and shared success
- A team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and client teams
