We are partnered with a ServiceNow Consultancy who specialise in helping organisations get the most from their ServiceNow platform by designing, implementing, and continuously improving solutions that streamline operations, enhance user experience and deliver measurable business outcomes.
As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Lead who can take ownership over technical solutions. You will be a hands-on technical leader, designing and developing complex ServiceNow solutions for multiple customers. You will be responsible for ensuring solutions are aligned with best practices as well as supporting presales activities and technical proposals.
This is a highly visible role within the team, operating in a leadership role to support and mentor junior developers as well as acting as a trusted advisor for key customers.
As a ServiceNow Technical Lead, you must have the following experience:
- Proven experience in a Technical Lead / Senior Consultant level role
- Experience designing and developing end to end ServiceNow technical solutions
- Expertise across the ServiceNow platform (ITSM / ITOM / ITAM/ CMDB / CSM)
- Strong development experience including integrations and scripting
- Ability to work closely with stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions
- Consultancy / Partner experience
