🚀 THE PROJECT: SharePoint & Internal Governance

We are seeking a sharp Product Analyst to join our team, embedded within a Leading Financial Services Company's SharePoint Business Unit . This role is critical for optimizing internal document management and collaboration tools to meet stringent internal governance and operational standards.

Key Focus Areas:

1. Requirements Master: Translate complex internal governance and operational mandates into crystal-clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
2. Platform Expertise: Deep analysis for the SharePoint/Intranet platform roadmap and backlog prioritization.
3. Process Flow: Document and map out critical internal business processes for platform development.
4. Quality Assurance: Support the PO/Dev team in testing and ensuring delivery meets high internal audit standards.

✅ YOUR BACKGROUND

• MANDATORY: You must hold current SC Clearance or be eligible and willing to undergo the Security Check upon offer.
• Crucial: Direct experience analysing requirements for Microsoft SharePoint, DMS, or Intranet systems.
• Sector: Must have prior experience working within Financial Services .
• Agile Skills: Proven Product Analyst/Senior BA experience in an Agile environment.
