The Role
We’re hiring a Head of Sales to lead and scale the sales function within a well-funded, Series A SaaS business with strong product-market fit.
This is a senior leadership role focused entirely on building a high-performing sales organisation. You’ll take ownership of sales execution, team performance, and revenue predictability — creating the structure, consistency, and standards needed to scale.
You’ll inherit an existing team of Account Executives and have a clear mandate to grow and develop the function over the next 12 months. This role is about coaching, process, and performance — not carrying a personal quota.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of Account Executives
- Hire, onboard, and ramp new AEs as the team scales
- Set clear expectations, KPIs, and performance standards
- Build and embed consistent sales processes across the full funnel
- Own forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue predictability
- Run deal reviews, pipeline inspections, and structured coaching sessions
- Partner closely with Marketing and SDR teams to optimise lead flow and conversion
- Create a high-performance, high-accountability sales culture
🌟 Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience leading and scaling sales teams in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong background managing Account Executives and driving consistent performance
- Comfortable owning forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and revenue accuracy
- Experienced in building process without creating unnecessary bureaucracy
- Confident operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
- Collaborative leadership style with strong cross-functional instincts
- Motivated by developing people and building repeatable systems
