The Role

We’re hiring a Head of Sales to lead and scale the sales function within a well-funded, Series A SaaS business with strong product-market fit.

This is a senior leadership role focused entirely on building a high-performing sales organisation. You’ll take ownership of sales execution, team performance, and revenue predictability — creating the structure, consistency, and standards needed to scale.

You’ll inherit an existing team of Account Executives and have a clear mandate to grow and develop the function over the next 12 months. This role is about coaching, process, and performance — not carrying a personal quota.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of Account Executives
  • Hire, onboard, and ramp new AEs as the team scales
  • Set clear expectations, KPIs, and performance standards
  • Build and embed consistent sales processes across the full funnel
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue predictability
  • Run deal reviews, pipeline inspections, and structured coaching sessions
  • Partner closely with Marketing and SDR teams to optimise lead flow and conversion
  • Create a high-performance, high-accountability sales culture

🌟 Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience leading and scaling sales teams in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong background managing Account Executives and driving consistent performance
  • Comfortable owning forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and revenue accuracy
  • Experienced in building process without creating unnecessary bureaucracy
  • Confident operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
  • Collaborative leadership style with strong cross-functional instincts
  • Motivated by developing people and building repeatable systems
