Sales Development Representative – SaaS

The Role

We're supporting a fast-growing SaaS business in the eCommerce automation space, and they're looking for a driven SDR to fuel their new business engine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting across email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Build, qualify, and nurture pipeline for the Account Executive team
  • Book high-quality discovery calls and product demos
  • Research ideal customer profiles and tailor outreach to specific challenges
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to optimise messaging and lead flow
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce
  • Consistently hit and exceed monthly opportunity creation targets

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2+ years' experience in an outbound SDR or BDR role (SaaS essential)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident, structured, and highly resilient with a competitive edge
  • Experience booking meetings with mid-market or enterprise customers
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools (Salesloft, Outreach, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

The Package

  • £35,000–£40,000 base salary
  • £20,000–£25,000 OTE
  • Fully remote (UK)
