The Role
We’re hiring a Strategic Account Executive to manage a small number of high-value enterprise accounts and help clients integrate advanced AI solutions into their workflows. You’ll own the full sales cycle, develop deep relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, and drive strategic outcomes across your portfolio.
This is a hybrid London-based role, combining independent hunting with collaborative team engagement in a shared office.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Build and close a qualified sales pipeline across a focused set of enterprise accounts
- Develop strong relationships with executives and key stakeholders to understand business challenges
- Communicate the value of AI-driven solutions to technical and business leaders
- Drive new business within your assigned accounts using your expertise and network
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Contribute to the growth of a fast-paced, enterprise-focused team and influence product direction
🌟 Required Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of experience as an enterprise or strategic account seller (10+ total years in sales)
- Proven quota attainment in strategic or named account roles
- Track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals
- Experience with consultative, tailored solution selling
- Familiarity with AI products, enterprise software, or complex technology solutions
- Startup or scaleup experience preferred
- Strong understanding and use of defined sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC)
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and develop relationships with C-level executives
- Preferred: experience selling into enterprise retail or e-commerce accounts, without naming specific companies
📦 The Package
- £115,000–130,000 base salary
- OTE: £230,000–260,000 with strong accelerators
