2nd Line IT Technician

Oliver Marks Consulting are currently representing a client based in Ipswich looking for a 2nd Line IT Technician to join their team on a permanent basis. Due to an increase in new business my client is now looking for an IT Support Technician to help with the increased workload whilst making sure customers are looked after to the high standards they have come to expect.

Working within an MSP environment your day-to-day work will be very varied, some days you might be doing a lot of remote support, whereas next you might be out on site helping customers face to face. Due to the varied and relatively high workload this would suit someone who has a background working within an MSP or similar IT Services business.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a strong background in 2nd line support and will be familiar with the following technologies: Office 365, Windows OS, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Networking and Virtualisation technologies, ideally Hyper-V.
