Learning and Development Apprentice
We’re looking for a creative and motivated Learning & Development Apprentice to join our busy team. With training demand at an all-time high, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact by helping design, deliver, and support learning across the business.
Role
- Design and develop e-learning modules using tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate
- Support with the design and delivery of classroom and virtual training
- Assist with training coordination, materials preparation, and logistics
- Create engaging communications including newsletters, case studies, and social media posts
- Assist with recruitment and managing interview progress and the apprenticeship Gov website
- Support with the management of CPD approved courses and submitting certification
- Use AI and creative tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Synthesia) to develop materials
- Travel to OpenView sites (with overnight stays when required)
Training
Learning and Development Practitioner Level 3.
Training will take place at the normal office of work and completed remotely through a blended learning deliver model.
Following successful completion of the apprenticeship, the candidate can expect to progress into an L&D Assistant role.
