Senior Account Manager CCaaS / UCaaS / Cloud SolutionsLocation: Hybrid Surrey area (flexible, UK-based candidates considered)Salary: £45,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £90,000)Car Allowance: £6,000 per annum (£500/month)Job Type: Full-time, PermanentThe OpportunityWere looking for a highly driven Senior Account Manager to join a growing technology solutions provider specialising in CCaaS, UCaaS, cloud communications and managed services.This is a hybrid role offering a strong mix of account management and new business development. Youll inherit an established customer base while also being responsible for winning new logos and growing revenue across your territory.This is a customer-facing role first and foremost we want someone who thrives in front of clients, not behind a desk.What Youll Be DoingManaging and growing a portfolio of existing accountsWinning new business and developing new customer relationshipsSelling complex cloud-based solutions (CCaaS, UCaaS, managed services)Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closeBuilding strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makersDelivering accurate forecasting and pipeline managementWorking closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomesConsistently hitting and exceeding revenue targetsWhat Were Looking For25+ years B2B technology sales experience (CCaaS/UCaaS preferred)Experience with vendors such as Zoom, 8x8, Five9, Mitel or similarProven success selling complex, consultative solutionsStrong track record in new business and account growthExperience managing or closing deals with £500K+ TCVConfident engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makersFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicleWho You AreHighly motivated, ambitious and commercially drivenA strong hunter with solid account management abilityConfident working independently and in a collaborative teamConsultative in your approach with strong relationship-building skillsResilient, target-focused and hungry to overachieveTargets & Commission Structure£45K basic salaryUncapped commission with realistic OTE £90K£400K GP annual targetRamp plan:£90K GP in first 6 months£200K GP in first 12 months£400K GP in year 2Thank you for taking the time to apply to OPR Resourcing Specialists.
