The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Products to lead our Email Security offerings. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our Email Security products, including technical and business aspects, product roadmaps, and go-to-market strategies. This role requires a hands-on leader with experience in managing a business line, including budgeting, strategic planning, and product deployment on-premises and via cloud-native SaaS solutions. You will collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and creative teams to drive product success.

What You Will Be Doing

• Define and execute the strategic vision for OPSWAT’s Email Security products based on market analysis and competitive landscape.
• Work with engineering to develop product requirements, create roadmaps, and set success criteria.
• Translate customer needs into actionable development plans.
• Support sales and marketing through technical insights, customer engagement, and business development activities.
• Lead go-to-market initiatives, including sales enablement, content creation, and business proposals.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across sales, channels, and technology partners to increase adoption.
• Participate in sales calls, proof-of-concept demonstrations, and customer escalation support.
• Manage flexible working hours and occasional international travel.

What We Need from You

• At least 5 years in B2B Product Management, with 3+ years in Email Security.
• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and leadership in cloud development teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Understanding of IT systems such as web security gateways, proxies, Microsoft 365, and Email Security solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and management skills.
• Proven project management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with cybersecurity solutions for critical infrastructure or enterprise clients.
• Track record of achieving business objectives.
• Strategic, creative, and proactive mindset willing to innovate and take calculated risks.
